Fully automatic horizontal continuous foaming machine HML-101
This equipment is mainly applicable to the production of soft polyurethane foam in the density range of 8-70kg/m3. It adopts the original human-machine interface control system with high automation and more flexibility. Users can store hundreds of different formulas, adjust or change the formula at any time, and conduct remote control through the Internet, making the control of production cost more scientific and intuitive. We can produce various ideal home furniture sponges, shoe material sponges, chest circumference sponges, motor sponges, slow rebound sponges, as well as various sponges suitable for packaging, clothing, and automotive industries
This machine has two configurations to choose from: manual control and automatic human-machine interface
Process: All P.U. chemicals are first mixed together in a mixing chamber and then enter a metal tank for initial reaction. The rising foam then enters the variable width descent plate from the top of the tank, and then guides the expanded foam block to expand further along the metal Flat noodles conveyor
Output: The maximum output speed of the machine is 280kg per minute
Metering pumps: There are a total of thirteen metering systems, all of which are equipped with world-class AC motors, variable frequency variable speed drive devices, and high-precision internal gear pumps to ensure the production of high-quality sponge products.
Foam curing box and conveyor: the curing box forms a complete shell around the foam board, with a roof, side walls and conveyor Flat noodles. The conveyor motor is also equipped with an AC speed drive device. The side wall can be adjusted within a range of 1.2m to 2.4m. The length of the conveyor is 18 meters.
Slot and descent plate: The slot and descent plate sections can be adjusted at different heights to ensure more flat top blocks, and are equipped with the required motors and gearboxes.
Feed and rewind: This is a dual paper system. The bottom paper feeding drum is installed in front of the foaming platform and equipped with an automatic rewinding motor. The rewinding of the side paper is at the other end of the channel, and the rewinding speed can be automatically adjusted to synchronize with the conveyor speed.
Control panel: Installed in a convenient location on the foaming platform, equipped with necessary electronic devices, flow meters, pressure gauges, and AC variable speed drives.
